Medals and Certificates

Evaluation of the Final Exams (for grades 1-3)

The top 3 participants in each grade and category will be awarded a hard copy Gold Medal and a Certificate of Achievement.

• Top 25%: Digital Gold Medal Certificate & Certificate of Achievement
• 25-60%: Digital Silver Medal Certificate & Certificate of Achievement
• 60-80%: Digital Bronze Medal Certificate & Certificate of Achievement
• 80-100%: Digital Honorable Medal Certificate & Certificate of Achievement

Evaluation of the Final Exams (for grades 4-12)

• The top 3 participants in each grade for MATH, SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY & ENGINEERING, and CODING Categories, as well as the top 3 participants in each group for AI Challenge and Art-Ad Film Categories, will receive a hard copy Gold Medal and a Certificate of Achievement.
• Top 15%: Digital Gold Medal Certificate & Certificate of Achievement
• 15-35%: Digital Silver Medal Certificate & Certificate of Achievement
• 35-60%: Digital Bronze Medal Certificate & Certificate of Achievement
• 60-80%: Digital Honorable Medal Certificate & Certificate of Achievement
• 80-100%: Certificate of Participation in the Final Round Exams

THE BEST OF THE BESTS ROUND (BOB)

• This round is exclusively for students in grades 6-11 participating in the MATH and SCIENCE categories.
• The top 15% (Gold Winners) of the Final Round participants in the MATH and SCIENCE categories will be eligible to take the Best of the Best (BOB) Global Round Exams.
• The Best of the Bests Round Exams are free of charge. No additional payment is required.
• The Best of the Bests Global Round Exams will also be held ONLINE.
• The language of the BOB exams will be English only.
• 2 camera connections will be required during the exam.

Evaluation of the Best of the Bests Round (for grades 6-11)

The top-ranking students will receive the following hard copy medals and certificates (for the Math and Science categories only):

• 1st Places - Original GOLD M. + Hard Copy Certificate
• 2nd Places - Original GOLD M. + Hard Copy Certificate
• 3rd Places - Original GOLD M. + Hard Copy Certificate

The rest of participants will receive a BOB Digital PARTICIPATION Certificate.

Awards (Hard Copy Certificate & Medal)

In Coding, Technology & Engineering, AI Challenge, and Art-Ad Film Categories
According to Final Exams results the top 3 students will receive Grand Final Discount Awards in addition to hard copy medals and certificates.

In Math and Science Categories
According to the final exam results, the top 3 students in Grades 1, 2, and 12 will receive hard copy medals and certificates. Additionally, the top students in Grades 4 and 5 will receive both hard copy medals and certificates, along with a discount for the Grand Final.
According to the Best of the Bests Round exam results, the top 3 students in Grades 6 to 11 will receive Grand Final Discount Awards in addition to hard copy medals and certificates.

STEM GRAND FINAL DISCOUNT AWARDS
* Students in grades 3 to 11:
   1st Places > 75% discount
   2nd Places > 50% discount
   3rd Places > 25% discount
An award-winning student cannot participate in the STEM Grand Final alone. This student must either be part of a group of 8 students or be accompanied by an accompanying person to attend the Grand Final. The discount does not apply to the group or the accompanying person.

GRAND FINAL DISCOUNT CONDITIONS

The conditions for Grand Final discount winners in online exams are as follows:

1. Grand Final Discount winner must be part of a group of at least 8 students who will compete in the Grand Final together.
2. Alternatively, the Grand Final Discount winner may participate with an accompanying adult. The accompanying person is required to pay the full participation fee. No discounts are available.
3. Students from 3rd and 4th grades who have won the Grand Final discount must attend the program with an accompanying adult. Even if these students are part of a group of 8 people and the group teacher takes responsibility for them, they can only participate with an accompanying adult.
   
4. The GF discount winner and the accompanying adult must share a room. They must pay an additional fee if they want to stay in a single room (if available).
5. GF discounts are based on the early bird price, if early price has been announced.
6. These discounts cannot be transferred to another person or applied to future years.
7. These discounts are non-transferable to cash.
8. Students who are ranked in multiple categories are eligible for a discount only once and the higher one is applied.
9. These discounts are only valid for GF, not for optional trips or programs.
10. These discounts are valid until the regular (late) registration deadline.
11. If a student registers and pays the deposit or remaining amount before receiving a discount, the discount rate earned will be refunded.
12. Students who win a discount by placing in the top 3 cannot use this discount if they register for the olympiad as Limited Participants. All Limited Participants will be charged the lower amount between their discounted price and the Limited Participant price. (if quotas are available for limited participants)
