  2. Students who have earned a discount and wish to attend the Grand Final must apply within 15 days after the exam results are announced. Late applications will be accepted only if places are available.

  5. Students from 3rd grade who have won the Grand Final discount must attend the program with an accompanying adult. Even if these students are part of a group of 8 people and the group teacher takes responsibility for them, they can only participate with an accompanying adult.
  6. The Grand Final discount winner and the accompanying adult must share a room. An additional fee will apply if they wish to stay in separate rooms, subject to availability.
  7. Grand Final discounts are calculated based on the Early Bird price, when an Early Bird price is available.
  8. These discounts are non-transferable, cannot be applied to future years and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  9. Students who qualify for discounts in multiple categories are eligible for only one discount and the highest discount will apply. These discounts are valid only for the Grand Final and do not apply to optional trips or programs.
