DISCOUNTED REGISTRATION OFFER FOR SCHOOLS

The International STEM Olympiad offers the following discounts to schools for prepaid group registrations, aiming to increase exam participation and provide discounts to students with a strong interest in STEM.

• For group registrations of 50 to 99 categories:
  A €3 discount per person applies, reducing the fee from €20 to €17.
• For group registrations of 100 to 149 categories:
  A €4 discount per person applies, reducing the fee from €20 to €16.
• For group registrations of 150 or more categories:
  A €5 discount per person applies, reducing the fee from €20 to €15.

DISCOUNT CONDITIONS

1. These discounts are valid on the condition of prepayment.
2. Payments for these discounts must be made via credit card using the payment link provided on this page. Payments via bank transfer are not accepted, and discounts will not be applied.
3. The specified number of payments refers to the total number of categories for payment, not the number of students.
4. Discounts are applied based on the 20 € registration fee.
5. The discount codes provided will completely waive the fees for the Math, Science, Technology & Engineering and AI Challenge categories (reducing them to 0 € from 20 €).
6. The discount codes provided will only reduce the Coding category fee by 20 €. The remaining amount of 15€ must be paid by credit card.
7. Once payment is made, it cannot be cancelled, refunded or transferred to the next year.
8. Invoices for the paid amount can be downloaded from teachers' accounts as the registrations and payments are processed.
9. Discount codes given after pre-payment will not apply to students who have already registered and paid, and no refunds will be issued.

STEPS TO OBTAIN DISCOUNT CODES

1. Calculate the total number of categories you will be paying for by considering the 20 € reduction from the Coding category.
2. Please ensure all information displayed on the screen is completed during the payment process.
3. During the payment process, please do not leave the page until the transaction is complete. If you are unsure whether the payment was successful due to any issues, please check your bank and credit card account first. If no funds have been withdrawn from your account, you can attempt the payment again.
4. In the event of a double payment, at least 25 € will be deducted as a transaction fee from the refund of the second payment.
5. After completing your payment, please fill out the form below. The discount codes will be emailed to you within 3 business days at the latest.
6. When you click the payment page, select the total number of categories you want to pay for from the Quantity menu and complete your payment.

Teachers or schools that have made payments using the links above are considered to have accepted the above terms.
