STEM GRAND FINAL INDIVIDUAL APPROVAL FORM

Dear Participant,

Please find below the approval form prepared for individual participation in the STEM Olympiad Grand Final, which will take place in Rome between 2–8 July 2026.

What do you need to do to give your approval?
1. Please review the agreement using the link provided below.
2. After carefully reading and understanding all the terms and conditions, complete the approval form on this page (below).
3. You do not need to sign and return the attached agreement.

IMPORTANT PAYMENT NOTICE:

Once this ​agreement is approved, all participants registered in your group must complete their deposit payments within five (5) business days.

Payment of the deposits will guarantee your reservation. Otherwise, your group will be transferred to the waiting list.

Newly registered participants are also required to complete their deposit payments within five (5) business days from their registration date. Participants who fail to do so may be completely removed from your list.

Spots may fill up before the deadline. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. (Total Quota: 800 Students).

Individual or group participants cannot switch to the Flexy Participants model, even if they have not paid the deposit. However, participants who registered as Flexy Participants can change their packages to individual or group participation if there is available quota.

 STEM GRAND FINAL AGREEMENT LINK

The STEM Grand Final accepts individual applications from specific countries. For such applications, a student must be accompanied by a single adult, who can be a parent, relative, or teacher. Both the student and accompanying adult are obligated to pay the full participation fee.
