  9. Check Technical Requirements: You should evaluate the technical aspects of the smartphones you’ll use for filming and check other technical requirements (sound recording, lighting adjustments, tripod, etc.).
  10. Film the Advertisement: After all preparations are completed, you should film the advertisement.
  11. Record Behind-the-Scenes Footage: The most important detail to remember is that the main filming of the advertisement must be recorded by the other team member. These behind-the-scenes recordings will serve as proof that the students filmed the advertisement, which will be the jury's first evaluation criterion.
  12. Edit and Post-Produce: Once the filming is complete, the first part of your submission should feature the behind-the-scenes footage, and the second part should feature the main advertisement. After recording the video with your smartphone, you can edit it using any editing program of your choice. You must ensure that the editing and post-production are done accordingly.
  13. Post on Instagram: Afterward, you need to post the prepared advertisement (maximum of 1 minute) as an Instagram reel. If you don’t have an Instagram account, you should create one first. The Instagram account must be visible and accessible to everyone.
  14. Include Key Information: When posting the reel on Instagram, ensure that the following information are included:
    - The full names of both team members
    - The STEM ID of both team members
    - The mention: @stemolympiadorg
  15. Gather Likes: During the specified time frame, you should encourage your network to like your reel, as 30% of the total score will be determined by the number of likes received.
