GRAND FINAL ROME FLEXY PARTICIPATION APPROVAL FORM

Dear Participant,

Please find below the approval form prepared for Flexy participation in the Grand Final, which will take place in Rome between 2–8 July 2026.

What do you need to do to give your approval?
1. Please review the agreement using the link provided below.
2. After carefully reading and understanding all the terms and conditions, complete the approval form on this page (below).
3. You do not need to sign and return the attached agreement.

IMPORTANT PAYMENT NOTICE:

Once this ​agreement is approved, all participants must complete their deposit payments within five (5) business days.

Payment of the deposits will guarantee your reservation. Otherwise, your spot will be transferred to the waiting list.

Spots may fill up before the deadline. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. (Total Quota: 800 Students).
