Participants are required to apply for a Schengen visa to the Netherlands.
STEM Olympiad will send an email on 01-15 April 2024 with the documents required for visa applications to the groups that have paid their deposits.
Netherlands consulates in some countries may require original invitations. In this case, the original invitation will be mailed to the group via express mail for a fee of 150 €.
It is not possible to apply for Schengen visas earlier than 3 months from the date of travel. In other words, the earliest possible application date is 10 April 2024.
The Olympiad invitation does not mean that the groups will receive 100% visa approval, and this invitation does not guarantee a visa. Visas are granted by consulates based on an assessment of the applicants, economic and social circumstances.
Please ask the consulate or authorized agent in your country if earlier application is possible.
All payments are non-refundable in case of visa refusals.
