The program will be updated after the 15th of April. Groups must make reservations for optional activities, which they will pay for themselves, after this date.
A minimum of 24 students is required for the optional trips to take place. In case of fewer participants, the optional trip will be canceled, and payments will be refunded without any deductions. Groups selecting these tours must obtain "Optional Trip Approval" in order to plan and purchase their flight tickets. The responsibility for this lies with the groups themselves.

Regarding the Optional Trips • Following the main program, two optional trip routes will be available between 15-18 July 2025. • The deposit payment for the optional trip must be made at the same time as the deposit payment for the main program. • Each trip route has a maximum capacity of 100 participants. Reservations will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis until the capacity of 100 participants per route is reached. > A 4% transaction fee will be applied to all credit card payments. > For the optional trips, the additional cost to upgrade from a twin/triple room to a single room is 270 € for the 3-night trip to Paris and 360 € for the 4-night trip to Valencia and Madrid. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE OPTIONAL TRIP PRICE? - Transfers by bus- Accommodations at 3-4 Star Hotels for 2 Nights - Breakfast at Hotels- Route 1 - Oceanogràfic Aquarium*- Route 1 - City of Arts and Sciences*- Route 1 - Royal Palace of Madrid*- Route 1 - Royal Palace of Madrid* * On Route-1, only one activity from those listed on the 1st and 2nd days will be held, depending on the finalization of the groups. - Route 2 - High Speed Train**- Route 2 - Eiffel Tower ** The Barcelona-Paris high-speed train is calculated at 100 €. In case of a price difference when the ticket is issued, the difference will be requested from the participant. • Each teacher or school wishing to participate in these trips must register at least 8 students. • The organization committee and sponsors will cover the transfer, accommodation and event/ticket expenses for teachers during the program.
