Application Request

We would like to make some important reminders about STEM GF before you start filling out the application request form.

The STEM Olympiad GF will take place in Paris/France on 18-23 July 2023.
The STEM Olympiad GF applications can only be made by teachers.
Students cannot apply individually.
A teacher can attend the program with 8 or more students.
STEM GF is open to students in grades 5 through 11 (not parents).
The Olympiad has a quota of 400 students + 50 teachers. The quota for optional trips is 160 students + 20 teachers.
Registration is also subject to country and school quotas:
> Each country can register a maximum of 32 students and 4 teachers.
> Each school can submit an application with a maximum of 16 students and 2 teachers.
> Some countries may have a high demand for participation. In this case, only 1 group (8 students) from a single school will be accepted in such countries.
> Applications are added to a reserve list when the quotas are reached. Participants on the reserve list will be notified if there is any availability.
Price Information:
The participation fee is 1,450 € per student for registrations received until 3 April 2023.
Optional trip fee: 495 €
The following are the hotels booked by the STEM Olympiad. Placement in hotels will be done in the following order, based on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on availability. Unfortunately, groups do not have the right to make changes in this regard. The facilities, services, and star status of the hotels may vary. The STEM Olympiad is not responsible for these variations.
