STEM Grand Final Transfer Registration and Payment Instructions for Guests

Dear Supervisors,

The date for the STEM Grand Final is approaching.

• All participants who have completed their registration and payment in the STEM GF panel will receive a bus transfer service on July 10 from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol to their hotels and from their hotels back to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.
• STEM Buses will only transfer students and parents who have registered and paid the required fee for participation in the competition. Unfortunately, due to the agreement with the bus company, travel insurance requirements and the number of passengers, guests cannot be transferred even if there are empty seats. If there are additional guests in your group, such as siblings, spouses, parents or relatives who are coming to the Netherlands and wish to be transferred to Den Haag, a transfer registration must be made for these individuals.
• You can easily reach Den Haag directly from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport by train which takes about 1 hour and costs 1 0 € per person. You can check train fares and schedules at www.ns.nl. (No waiting time and the cheapest transfer option.)

Due to the high demand from parents and supervisors, we offer you the following alternative transfer option:

• If requested, guests not registered in the STEM GF panel and those who have not made a payment must complete transfer registration.
  
• Guests can receive transfer services to and from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol by paying the transfer fee.
• Only guests arriving and departing between 08:00 and 19:00 on 10 July and 16 July can apply for this transfer service.
• Transfers will only be available to designated locations given below and are not individualized to specific persons or addresses:
  Stop - 1: Zwolsestraat 2, 2587 VJ Den Haag, Nederland
  Stop - 2: Kurhausweg 1, 2587 RT The Hague, Netherlands
  Stop - 3: Van Stolkweg 1, 2585 JL The Hague, Netherlands
  Stop - 4: Art Museum The Hague: President Kennedylaan 7, 2517 JK The Hague, Netherlands
• Since these transfers operate on a group basis, there may be a wait of up to 1.5 hours at the airport. Once booked, the transfer cannot be canceled.
• One-way transfer service is unavailable. Payment is made for both directions.
• The transfer fee for additional guests is 180 € (per person).
• This fee covers only Airport-Hotel transfers; other activities and transfers are not included.
• Furthermore, there are no paid registration options available for other transfers and events.
• Registrations for transfers will be accepted until 3 July 2024. Registration after this date or payment in cash at the airport is not possible.
