The results of the 2nd Qualification exams in the Math, Science, Tech & Eng Categories have been uploaded.

Dear Participants in the CODING Category,

The results of the 2nd Qualification exams in the ​Math, Science, Tech & Eng Categories, held on 04 February 2024, have been uploaded to the STEM student platforms.
You can access your results through the "Result Report" button in the "My Exams" menu.

Important Reminder for the FINAL ROUND
- Final Exams Date: 18 February 2024 - Sunday
- Exam Start Times:
  Math > 09:00*
  Science > 11:00*
  Tech & Eng > 13:00*

- The duration of the exam is 60 minutes.
- Please be aware that the exam is not open throughout the day.
- There is no need to register again for participation in the Final Round.
- Additionally, there is no charge for participation in the Final Round.

* Kindly check your country's time zone and city name via the following link. If your country has multiple time zones, please refer to the timetable to determine the time zone (and city) for your exam.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CODING FINAL EXAM - 11 FEBRUARY 2024

Exam Type: Qualification Exam
Categories: Math, Science and Technology & Engineering
Exam Date: 04 February 2024 - Sunday
Exam Time: 24 Hours in GMT
Exam Duration: 60 minutes for each category
Exam Start Time: Anytime ​during the exam period
Zoom Connection: 1 Camera is required (internal or external)

* Students taking exams in multiple categories must start by 20:00 GMT, or at least 4 hours before the exam portal closes.
* All exams will be held via the STEM student panel. No extra links or emails will be sent. 
* Please DO NOT CLICK START EXAM BUTTON if you are not ready.

HOW TO CONVERT GMT TIME TO YOUR LOCAL TIME

Dear Participants,

The simulation exams have been launched. In this simulation, you can test the following:
- Screen optimization
- Transition between questions
- Answering questions
- Changing answers
- Zooming in and out of images in questions
- Time management
- Tab error test

Please do not forget:

- After pressing the start button, the session will close within 60 minutes. You have one opportunity to enter the simulation. Please use the device with which you intend to take the actual exam to access the simulation.
- If your internet connection is disrupted or your device runs out of battery during the simulation, you can return and continue from the question where you left off. However, the countdown will continue.

These simulation exams are only available for the participants who register and pay for the exams on 04 February 2024.
The simulation exams will remain accessible until 02 ​February 2024 (Friday), 18:00 in GMT time.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CODING EXAM on 28 January 2024

We would like to provide you with some important information about the Coding Category Exam, scheduled for 28 January 2024 (Sunday).

  1. Participation in the exams requires having made the necessary payment.
  2. The exam platform will be accessible for duration of 24 hours, in accordance with the GMT time zone.
    You can determine your exam time based on your country's local time using the links provided below.
    For Countries Located to the East of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
    For Countries Located to the West of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)

  3. Access to the Coding Exam is only possible through the STEM Student Panel. Please do not try to log in through Codementum’s website during the exam.
  4. There will be no multiple-choice questions in the coding exam. Participants in this category have the flexibility to use any of the programming languages among Block, Python, or JavaScript.
  5. Participants will be required to write codes in order to complete the challenges. The format of the exam will be similar to the challenges done in the Codementum portal.
  6. There are a total of 30 challenges to complete.
  7. The duration of the exam is 60 minutes.
  8. The evaluation criterion for the Qualification Round is to complete at least 10 challenges out of 30.
  9. It is essential to have a functional webcam (internal or external) and a reliable internet connection to connect to Zoom. Each participant's Zoom Display Name must correspond to his/her STEM Student ID.
  10. If you accidentally close the window or leave the platform due to a technical issue (such as a power or internet outage), you can log in again through your STEM Student Panel and continue where you left off. However, time will continue to elapse.
  11. Capturing images of challenges within the Codementum portal and sharing them is strictly prohibited. 

Please fill out the HELP DESK FORM available on the homepage if you encounter difficulties logging into your STEM Student Panel to access the CODEMENTUM portal on exam day due to email or password issues. Kindly be advised that Codementum bears no responsibility for any issues related to accessing your student account.

Only students participating in the first Coding Exam on 26 November 2023, will be unable to access their Codementum accounts between 27-29 January 2024, due to the ​second Coding Exam scheduled for 28 January 2024.
